Hi everyone. Is that difference btween MEM1/MEM2 ok?
// Furmark stress test 10min, 95% fans RPM
// I changed all default thermal pads a year ago

Solution
The difference between the two is substantial, but still within safe temperatures.
Micron GDDR5X, at least, is rated for "up to 95'C", so I'd assume other memory vendors operate with similar upper-ends.

A ~17'C swing between hottest/coolest memory chip seems excessive, so perhaps you're not making great contact with MEM2?
