Hello everyone I apologize for creating a new thread for this but I am new to this site, so please forgive me if this causes any inconvenience for anyone. So basically I was blessed with being able to build a new system over this holiday season, this being my first build that I personally paid I did not want to skimp out on new parts which include: (Asus ROG Z390-H Gaming motherboard, Trident Z 32gb 3600mhz, Intel i9-9900k, Kraken X52, and some SSDs and fans). The only parts coming from my previous build are my EVGA 1000w G3 PSU and my EVGA 1080ti SC Black Edition, and this in its own right is no slouch of a card but I was wondering if it would be wise for me to sell this card now while the prices are high and look to invest in something more ready for future games (2080ti series). I am obviously open to other suggestions and ideas, thank you in advance for anyone who took the time to look into my thread and i hope you all have a great day.

Thank you for the answer Norcalsc I was just anticipating the release of future RTX involved gaming titles and what not just getting ready for the future as is always expected with PC components. But i see your point the performance of the 1080ti is incredible and if the 1080ti can take me into the future of gaming then I don't see why you are not correct! Thank you for the response have a great day.
