EVGA 1080ti SC Black (Screen Flickers Occasionally)

So recently I decided to clean my computer and removed my GPU to dust everything out.

Well, when I plugged it back in and began using my computer I noticed something weird begin to happen.
Every so often, a 1/4 or 1/2 of my screen just flickers black....or white.
It doesn't happen when gaming, just general use.

I thought it may have to do with the drivers, but nah.
Also thought it wasn't fully pressed in, but it won't go any further.

I also checked the pins in both my mobo/gpu and they both look fine.

Could my card be dying?

I have this same card. Perhaps check the connection to your monitor? There are quite a few display ports so it could be one of them?

Yeah what changed? Try plugging your monitor into another port on the card. Maybe you had a defective port all this time and didn't know it.

I tried all three DisplayPorts. Still same results.

Honestly not sure what could have happened. I have some guess that maybe I am not pressing the card full in, or may I damaged a pin in the pci slot.
