Question EVGA 3070 FTW3

The center fan wont spin. Precision X1 says 0 RPMs when the other 2 fans are going around 2000 or more RPMs
My computer has crashed 6-7 times now unexpectedly. My system is as follows

Windows 11
32 GIGs GSkill Trident RAM
500 GB NVME SSD
EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3
AMD Stealth Cooler with RGB
850 watt PSU
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor, 4100 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2006, 11/13/2019

I have swapped out HDMI cable for Display Port cable, I have checked the power cables and I have updated the drivers. Problem persists Thoughts on the matter would be appreciated, comments too!! lol Thanks guys!

850W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the make and model of the unit and how old is the PSU in question?

As for your fans;

see if you swap places for the fans that are connected and if the fan that's not rotating rotates. It might very well be a controller on the GPU that's the issue.

Would also advise in bringing EVGA into the loop in case you need to initiate a n RMA.

It is an EVGA 850 GA SUPERNOVA 80 Plus-Gold. Model #220-GA-0850-X1. It was bundled with the RTX 3070 I purchased from the Newegg Shuffle on Sep 9 2021. The connections are good.
