How old is the PSU you're looking at? Even if it's brand new, I'd advise on you picking up a reliably built 650W unit.
Just 1 month am using this building but am thinking to upgrade to 5600x in black Friday if I found good deal if not I keep my 3600. =)The 5600X won't add so much extra power consumption which means that you should be fine if your system runs good now.
I have b450 dog strix f gaming iiIf you don't have issues with a Ryzen 3600 you don't get issues with a 5600X because powerconsumption is almost the same. Make sure you update the motherboard BIOS to the latest version before installing the 5600X.
