EVGA 600 W1, 80+ WHITE 600W, Power Supply 100-W1-0600-K3
are these any good?

M.2 SSD 240gb
3 intake and 2 out fans 120mm
1 cpu fan TX3 evo heatsink
asus rx580 8gb graphics card

Not particularly. Whether it's a good idea or not depends on your hardware. It's in Tier D in the curated power supply list housed here (recommended only for very cheap, IGP systems) and would not be appropriate for your system. It's an entry-level hec-made part with cheap components.

Nice, I have another system that actually had the corsair VS550, what is the difference between them?
