Yes it can power that rig. That's an entry-level/budget PSU from EVGA. Not the very best unit, but it should be sufficient for your system, IMO.
Could I possibly run into any problems the pc has got a i7-2600 8gb ram gtx 1050 ti 4gb to run possibly csgo, rocket leugue, and maybe gta v story/fivem (don't cear about fortnite) also thanks for answering

Do you already have this PSU with you, or you are planning to buy one ? It will power your system easily, though whether or not the PSU will create some problem in the long run, I'm not fully sure about this. But nonetheless, you should be fine.

That's an okay PSU, not the very best in terms of quality/ripple etc, but it will work on your PC. I think the OEM is HEC for this particular unit, and it is based on an older platform..

Planning to buy it the system is an OEM system I think it was a 2011 system now discontinued as expected after 8 years but granted this is my first pc and I'm on a buget.

If you are planning to buy a PSU, then why not go for some other high quality PSU model, withing the same range ? Just my thoughts. What's your budget for the PSU, btw ?
Not a lot below £70 but granted this pc doesn't need a lot to power everything so let's say a 700w ps would be a wast of money for a system like this but I do plan to build a better system further down the line when I have more funds.

For that budget, £70, you can also buy a slightly better PSU, IF you wish. Just for reference.

Corsair CXM 550 watts.

Corsair TXM gold/650 Watts:

SEASONIC Focus plus Gold/550 Watts.:

This model is expensive though, but a very good PSU from EVGA:
