Hi, I'm looking for a power supply for these components:
i7 4790k
mother z97a
ram 16gb 2x8 2400mhz
hdd x 1
a dedicated gpu would not be used, if not the integrated graphics that the cpu brings, then the question is: does any of these 2 sources help me or are they very bad?

without a GPU, they're perfectly adequate.
So you confirm that if I don't use a dedicated GPU, would the power supply be adequate?
I need you to feed me the voltages of the i7 4790k and the memories that have xmp.
especially I would go for the evga 500w plus white since it comes out cheaper.
The pc would only be for home use, not gamer.

The GPU tends to be by far the most power hungry part. No, these aren't the best PSUs in the world, but you're not really pushing them. The RAM power use is negligible and you'll be well under 200W on this build. If you have no intention of ever getting a GPU on this build, the quality of PSU that is necessary is much lower.
