Either Or will work. the Gold will just use less power from the wall I would go with the Gold especially if you pay the power bills.

Isn’t it obvious the 650 Gold PSU will most likely be better?

For a more accurate answer, what are the PSUs’ models? I’d power consumption a real concern to you? What are the prices of said PSUs?

White is too less efficiency. However, both would work for your setup. If on a tight budget get white, otherwise get gold.
