EVGA 600W PSU 80+ bad?

hello so i just ordered my new psu the evga 600w 80plus (white) and ALOT of people are saying its bad, is it going to kill my system?? i ahve had a really crappy no brand psu for 3 years now and it just dieying so i dont expect it to be that bad. i have a gtx 670 TOP edition, i7 920 and 14 gb ram, and 4 hdd's will this psu be good enough to power allt that?? also i sometimes oc my i7 a little bit.

in my country it REALLY is this psu was 60 euro a be quiet 450watt is 80 euro!

this is my old shitty psu, i dont even know te name. it a generic shitty psu idk what it is, it has around 700 watts and it has 4x 6pin and 1 time 6plus2 pin but it makes alot of noise and its really bad

no problem.

You are right the old cx line sucks , really poor circuit and capacitors.
This is a new version released few months ago with good quality components and a stable voltage signal + a DC->DC platform.

quiet enough that you dont hear it loudly while gaming? cus the 1 i ahve now makes maore sound than my old cpu cooler
