EVGA 650w BQ Over Temperature Protection

Hello guys.

I'm planning to get EVGA 650w BQ. but i need some info on it first. i've found out that it has OTP(Over Temperature Protection). so my questions are:
How hot does it usually operate?
How high is exceeding temperature of its OTP kicks in?

Which brand of PSU would you guys refer?

Please experts and people who already have this model, give me some information.

The BQ series is made by Andyson and as such is best avoided as 90%+ of the units they make are junk(Raidmax, Aerocool, etc).
