EVGA 650w g1 or 750w b1

I am on a tight $85 budget for a power supply. My XFX TS 650w came DOA and I'm looking for a replacement. I found the EVGA 650w g1 or 750w b1 with Japanese capacitors. I'm looking for the one that is most reliable and the one that can power my pc with some head room for a possible gpu upgrade. I may upgrade my r9 280 to the r9 290x in the future.

My PC specs:
FX 6300
MSI R9 280 OC
8GB RAM
120GB SSD
1TB HDD
MSI 970 GAMING AM3+ motherboard
LG supermulti disc drive

Note that this is a B2 version, much better quality than B1 or G1.

Neither, get the EVGA brand that are B2,G2,P2,T2. Those are made by Super Flower and will be much more reliable. The EVGA B2 750w will be within budget and much better.
