Evga 660ti sc runs way too hot

I've been testing my new GPU in BF3 and it runs over 90 degrees celsius and sometimes it run over 100 degrees with the fan maxed out. What can i do to it?

You can get an aftermarket copper cooler, but if it's still under factory warranty, I would leave it alone. Try an extra case fan or leaving the side panel off for awhile, and see if that helps. You will void your warranty changing the heatsink on your expensive video card, so keep that in mind before doing anything. A few have lifetime warranties if you registered them online.

that is the reason why i dont buy evga cards or any reference cards unless they are super cheap

go get a RMA. GPU is not supposed to run that hot. 70c is acceptable

and you run this off an adequate power supply? and there's good airflow through the case?...... list hardware.

i have a haf 912 plus with one 200mm in front and 120mm back (front is stock and the back fan is an antec 120mm) and i have a silverstone strider gold 750W 80+ gold

These cards usually run hot, But not that much. No fans
