EVGA 750 GQ making noises

I recently bought the EVGA 750 GQ and i've installed and all is good until I started playing games. When I tab into games the psu starts making like a little squealing noise and when I start playing games it gets a little louder. When I tab out of the games, the psu is silent. Is this normal and could it be maybe coil whine?

Sounds like some Coil Whine , doesn't usually hurt but sound is annoying.

Yeah i'm not really bothered by at as my PC is quite far away from me but I just want to make sure it's safe and nothing bad will happen. All games run perfect and rails seem to be fine so do you think it's good? I also just did some testing and when I tab out of BF1 it goes silent so you think its coil whine?
