EVGA 750W G2 Enough for GTX 970 SLI and I-5 3570k @ 4.2 GHz?

Hey guys! So this will be the first time i overclock my PC and add another GPU to my system. As of right now I only have a 600W PSU. Would 750W be enough for just overclocking the CPU and not anything else?

Here's my system:
Asrock Extreme 4 Z77
MSI GTX 970
8GB Kingston HyperX Ram
600W OCZ PSU
Hyper 212 EVO
I-5 3570K

750 W should be enough for GTX 970 SLI. If its a poor psu, I don't know then. But with an efficient and high quality psu, you are on the safe side.
