I recieved in the mail today my Geforce Gtx 760 Video card from EVGA.(Bought from Newegg) I upgraded from a gtx 650 and I installed it the same way, the only thing being different is that my 650 was obviously smaller and took less power, so i had to hook up more connectors to the 760, otherwise i used the same pci port on my motherboard and everything was fine when i first powered up my rig. Then when i went to look up the latest drivers for the video card from the EVGA website, i found the 344.75 driver. I installed it via the EVGA website and proceeded to restart my PC to finish the installation. When i had booted up my PC i noticed that when i went into Geforce program that automatically updates your drivers, it still wanted me to install the driver, although i had installed the driver already. Also my sound through the HDMI port wouldn't work. I uninstalled the driver at least twice and re installed it. I installed it both from the EVGA website and from the Geforce program. I had been looking for solutions and people had said that perhaps a bios update for my motherboard would help?

Im not quite sure how to solve this problem, but I would appreciate any tips/solutions this forum could offer to me. Thanks for taking the time.

Rig Specs:
Z87 Sabertooth MoBo
Intel 4670k CPU
EVGA Gtx 760 gpu 4gb with Acx fans
650w power Supply from Thermaltake
8gb G-Skill Ram

This is OP I was having some account problems, but @darkbreeze it is a Smart Series 650w, i don't see any problems as far as the GPU not getting enough power. I will try to use the Nvidia website for the drivers but i have used Geforce Experience or whatever it is called, and its not like that worked either, so im not sure if going to the Nvidia website and installing it from there will work, but i will give it a try. I will get back to you guys within the next couple of hours, thanks for the responses.

Just updating the drivers is not enough BroomzK. He needs to use the DDU and then use the drivers from the Nvidia website. Get and install them manually. The GeForce exp is no better than any of the other live updates or auto updates. It's a minimalistic routine and doesn't always do a good job. In fact, it rarely does. The Smart series PSU is a Tier 4 on the following list and as such could easily be the issue. It might NOT be the issue, but the Smart series and TR2 PSUs generate a lot of threads around here.

I'd suggest you download HWinfo, run sensors and post screenshots here.

Try this, it might work.
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.

Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

That's the summary window, not the sensors. When you open HWinfo there is a box with options. You want the box next to "sensors" checked and all others unchecked. Then you'll have to scroll to take screenshots of all sensors as you can't get them all in one screenshot. It should look something like this:
