EVGA 770 vs 970 Help

Hello, I currently own this card....

EVGA 770

I am thinking about purchasing this card.....

EVGA 970

I am curious as to how much of a performance gain if any I will see. I am looking to reduce heat output, noise, but also improve performance on my rig. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

The GTX 770 is slightly better than the GTX 960. The 970 I think sits 25-30 fps higher compared to the 960 in most games.
