EVGA 780 FTW issues?

Hi all, so I got a 780 FTW recently and have been having issues. I have been having freezing/black screen and gpu fans go to 100% until I hit the restart button. I have also been having issues where the screens I have plugged in to the card will flicker red or cut out for a second or two. I have tried new drivers, old drivers, overclocking, underclocking, forcing a constant voltage, anything on the internet that I could find that I was capable of doing. I have run it in another computer for a bit and nothing happened so I don't think that it is the card, but these issues only started when I put the card in, so it is issues involving the card. Is there any drivers that I could have that Nvidia drivers don't like and are conflicting with one another?

What 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings are you getting from the PSU?

Have you got rid of all old GPU drivers? eg http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html

What voltage is the graphics card running at? And clocks? And temps?
