EVGA 9400GT 1GB PCI Video Card serious help

ok the reson i bougth this videocard is becouse it fits my demands and also my computer scince i have no pci-e x 16 slot so i bought this nice videocard.
the 1st thing i did was that i went to the device manger and disabled the on-board videocard that i have on my computer, then turned the computer off unplugged everything then i open the case up put the card in then close it and power it up.
now here comes the PROBLEM is that i cant get any video signal on my LCD, this means that i cant boot to windows nor access my bios which is driving me crazy, BUT WHEN I UNPLUG THE NEW VIDEO CARD AND USE MY OTHER ONE IT WORKS FINE.
i contacted the store trying to replace the card but no luck for some resons im not going to, anyways i have tried so many solutions the first one was that i tried to put it in the 1st slot (one out of two) then no signal again i put it in the other one again also no luck. i tried to update my bios still samething. i also bought a new power supply Rocketfish™ - 500-Watt ATX CPU Power Supply also here is the link http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Rocketfish%26%23153;+-+500-Watt+ATX+CPU+Power+Supply/9648492.p?id=1218137446385&skuId=9648492&st=power%20supply&cp=1&lp=11 but still no luck i checked the reqierments and my pc meets them all even without the power supply. i have also tried this on my phat moniter and my flat screen tv but still same thing.i even plugged it back to the on-board video card connector but still no luck. im pretty sure the card works becouse the fan works i felt it when i poweed the computer on. also its a brand new card so its realy like %25 chance that its a broken card. i also tried to put the lcd (vga) on the dvi using the adapter but samething still i have been having this card for 3 months now but still didnt even work for me (MY PCS SPES ARE 2 G RAM 3GHZ P4 HT, HP COMPAC DC 5100MT) WITH ALOT OF UPGRADES ON IT .
i contacted evga and told them about the case they told me that i can send it back to them if the warrenty seel is still on but their isnt any seel or anyhing on the card so i cant seend it to them. i think that if i disable the video card from the bios i might get it to work or something, i realy hope u guys help me out here and im willing to pay anyone who could help me fix this( i can pay u any game card want for free if u help me out ) thx everyone bytheway here are some pics from my mother boards options and configerations >>>>>>>>> this is a pic of my bios advanced menu http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/2117/image0013g.jpg

Try to not disable your onboard video and plug your PCI card on it's slot, after that boot up your PC... Make sure the cable monitor is plugged into the PCI card and not to the motherboard port...

yeah but which option is the one to disable the card

You've said earlier that you had disabled the onboard card, right?
Now, enable again that onboard video and plug your card, attach the monitor to your card, boot up...

yeah but im not sure if it is the right option can u look at the pics and tell me which one exactly is the right one to disable, when i didit i went to onboard devices like oii showed in the pic and disabled all 3 of them so can u tell me which one to disable exactly cuz im realy dont know alot about bios

Since i don't have an onboard graphic card then i can't say anything about that...

You will need to enter the bios and change the option to boot PCI video first.

Have you tried your card in different PC?
If yes and it doesn't work neither, then you could get a new card...
