EVGA 960GTX Vs MSI 960 GTX 2G

Hey guys! ) I would like to know whats the difference between those two? I know they are same GPUs but which company is more durable and more reliable? I know that MSI has cool TwinFrozr coolers on it, but what are disadvantages and advantages?

P.S prices for both of them are same, 209$ on amazon. when they will drop the price of it approximately? (dude from here told me to wait 1 month but its cost from 199 went to 209 now)

the msi is slightly quieter at max rpm. but on par as far as cooling goes.
other than that theres no real world difference.
