EVGA 970 FTW SLI not working?

I just bought 2 970's and I am not sure if SLI is working I checked in the NVIDIA control panel and I don't see anything about enabling SLI both cards are being detected but I am not sure if SLI is working. I have the cards plugged into the right slots but I am not sure aboout the SLI bridge I have it connected to the slots closest to the ports please help. http://imgur.com/t841JgY

There must be something wrong with the bridge, that's the only thing I can think of. It's detecting both cards just fine, yet the SLI options are not showing up for you.

You should be getting these options once you are setup right

Alright would you recommend getting a new bridge or what?

Have you tried both slots for the SLI bridge?

Also, do you have the psu connected to the gpus? (stupid question, but gotta ask).

What motherboard is it? I want to make sure your running at at least x8 on the 2nd PCI-e slot.
