evga 970 How to benchmark coil whine

I just bought 3dmark on steam cause it was on-sale. Now how do I run a 24hour test to get rid of thing ginney pig whining noise? EVGA support told me benchmarking should solve the coil whine.

I also have this problem on my GTX285, if i just cap my framerate to 60 the problem is solved (vsync)
