EVGA 980Ti Kingpin Vs. MSI 980 Ti Lightning?

Hi, which of those 2 would you guys pick? And would you say these 2 are a lot better than other 980 Ti models? like the 980 Ti G1 from Gigabyte, ASUS Strix, EVGA Classified?

EVGA Kingpin is close and offers better warranty that even covers if you fry your GPU when overclocking which can be an advantage.

They are both great, but not worth the extra money over the regular 980 ti models.
