For all of you you've asked me about this....

I recommend that you purchase them ASAP, as they could sell out in as little as a few hours, possibly days. No way to know for sure. The FTW is the model I'd go for.

Set them to auto notify and check hourly, im sure they will pop back up again for short periods.

Create account on EVGA site
Store credit card information in your account, so that you can buy a GPU quickly
Click the "auto notify" link, so that a notification goes to your email when the inventory is available; that's how I found out so quickly.
Lastly, be prepared to buy a card at a moments notice.

Factory "damaged" items that dont meet retail quality.
The units arent defective per say, but EVGA decides they arent good enough for their retail standards. Some bent fins, scratches on the shroud, things like that.
I dont know if they are refurbs though.
