i bought Evga and i noticed its lower than zotac by 200 mhz i called the seller he said that he can change it for me and give me zotac 2gb and i have a dead line to change it its today so i need advices because evga is good at cooling

Why dont you just overclock the EVGA if having a 1277mhz base clock is so important to you? With gpu boost 2.0 the evga is likely exceeding 1277mhz on its own anyways. I never care about base clocks in gpu's anymore, all you have to do to change the base clock yourself is move a slider in msi afterburner or evga percision x, test for stability then your done very easy.
