WoW raids and World bosses drop FPS with ease and makes gameplay afterwards hard to deal with. Please help, wife's build and needs to last a little while longer.

Windows 10
Mobo MSI 970 Gaming
AMD FX-8350
EVCGA Geforce GTX 1650
Gskill 2x8 gb DRR3
Evo 860 500gb SSD

Those events, alongside high view distance, the number of players present, as well as those same players spamming numerous abilities - the particle/spell effects, not to mention the boss(es) doing theirs too...
All that stuff SLAMS the cpu, and the FX-8350 is a bit dated, which doesn't help things.

Being a MMO, WoW is a cpu bound title.

Great in. Gonna reduce some settings while trying to keep it "pretty."
Put in 4 new fans, the gent who built it originally only had 3 120s, 2 out 1 in., with a 120 solo corsair cooler. Just added 2 new 140s in and 2 new 120s out. Also, her pc what on the carpet, got a stand for it.
Might you have suggestions on CPU upgrades? FFXIV currently while siding WoW for raids.
