I have a Asus p755d motherboard with a 500 watt power supply. Would I be able to run a Geforce gtx 560 ti?

why would you wanna upgrade the MOBO ? if you wanna upgrade it you'll have to upgrade the CPU.
And the 500W PSU is fine for the GTX 560 Ti
