According to the manufacturer's website, it supports 3 monitors. That means each output can have a different monitor connected. I would not expect to play with Nvidia Surround, though.

Well technically the GTX 750 ti supports 4 monitors. However the EVGA models only have three display outs so it's limited to 3 monitors.
True, but we are speaking strictly of the EVGA models here. I guess it is worth mentioning that other brands implementations may support more monitors.

I have the 750 Ti SC (2 GB), will that make any significant difference, and will I be able to play with NVIDIA Surround?
P.S. If you need more PC specs I can tell you but I dunno if they will make a difference, (im guessing not...)
