They are almost the same, the titan black is a bit better but definitely not worth the cost.

I would get the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti because it has better clock speed and and other things and it is tones cheaper it may not have 6gb of video memory but that's not even necessary really 3gb is plenty even if you are dual monitor gaming with battlefield 4 for example. And since the EVGA card has better cooling it will be able to run at a higher clock speed at higher temperature and more of the time compared to the reference card which is the titan black and with the money you saved you might be able to get an SSD or lighting or whatever or save your money!

The gtx 690 is better in some places where sli scaling is good and the 780ti when it isn't, but in general the 780ti is recommended since it's just one card.

My friend has a GTX690 and it just dominates the **** out of everything. I haven't personally seen a 780ti in action in person, but I have seen a couple of "regular" 780s and they are no where near as powerful as that 690. Of course the 690 is a super power hog.

Out of the two in question I think I would go with the 780ti over the Titan black.

the 780ti is a really strong gpu, the 690 is basically two 680's (770's) put in one card. The 780 ti is the single fastest gpu right now (other than the titan black) and is a much better option for gaming.
