EVGA GeForce GTX 960, error??

So i've recently bought a new graphics card and I plugged it into the computer and my duel monitors would not turn on, I tried changing the power supply, etc. although the problems seems to be the card b/c i put it my old card and it works just fine!? ive no idea what to do.
