My vga pord is pcie 2.0 x 16,
Please tell me... EVGA gforce GT 520 DDR3 video card is work with my myAstrock g31m-s motherboard...?

Yes , will work! However, you are better off getting a newer graphics card, like the GT 720 GDDR5
