EVGA Graphics Card Problem

Recently I made a post over at the CPU forum because my PC would shut off anytime I would try to start a game. I personally thought it was CPU overheat, because all the symptoms lead to that belief. Now, after inspecting how my system boots up before I start a game, it seems that one my graphics cards fans seizes for a second, then catches up to speed. That's odd, but it's not the source of my problems, or at least I don't think it is. I diagnosed after starting a game that my graphics cards turns itself off at the presence of large amounts of work, and the fan RPM starts accelerating to it's maximum. This problem is beyond my personal experience, and I was hoping that someone would be able to lead me in the right direction.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
This is a GTX 770 Model by the way.

I just switched the PCI Express ports, and that didn't resolve the conflict. As for the card working in another PC, I'll have to test that out right now. I am unable to test another card, just because I don't have another card to test. Thanks!
