EVGA GS550 vs XFX XTR 550W

Hi guys, I would like some good reasons why one of these is better. I really like the looks of the XFX, and they are priced that same where I live, with no better options available.

I would like actual reasons, not just opinions please.

EVGA GS is a tier one Power Supply and the XFX XTR is tier two. Both are made my SeaSonic I am pretty sure, so you can't really go wrong there. At the same price I would recommend the EVGA unit, though either will work great. Also take into account which one has a Better warranty.
