I want to build my PCat a low budget (less than 600$), but I want to be able to play GTA 4 and GTA 5 on Medium settings at least. I'm considering to buy the EVGA GT 730 2GB GDDR5. Will it be powerful enough, or should I invest a bit more for a better video card?

Solution
Get a better video card. The 730 is not for gaming and the 2GB of ram are there purely for marketing purposes. The card will never be able to use that RAM. I would recommend a minimum of a gtx 750 or r7 260. Decide what your budget is and look at the article on best gaming gpu for the money.

no GT 730 is not good enough for GTA or gaming.

get a GTX 750ti, (Gainward GTX 750ti Golden Sample) is great and good enough for gaming.
or you can wait for GTX 960, when it comes out it will be around $200.
gtx 750ti is $155.

and what is your PC List so far ?

ok, then definitely get the Gainward GTX 750ti Golden Sample.
you have great CPU and enough RAM.
and with GTX 750ti you don't need to be worry about Power supply, and you can play GTA or any other games that you want.

goodluck.
