Question Evga gtx 1050 no signal issue

So recently I took out my motherboard witch is a gigabyte ga-870a-ud3 because my cpu cooler is really big and when I put my PC back together it just stopped giving me any signal from my grx 1050 and I've tried changing monitors changing pcie slots and repeating my ram but nothing helps or fixes the issue and I don't know what to do. If anyone knows how to help me please comment and let me know.

What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age? Also, have you tried working with the GTX1050 on a donor system to rule out your GPU being dead...?

My PSU is a vegan 650 bronze quality and is about a year to year and a half old and I unfortunately don't have a donor machine I can use however I don't belive the guy is dead because the fan on the gtx1050 spins up
