i would say yes. It's an older game. You have a great CPU, and the 1060 3gb, although slightly less powerful than the 6gb version, still offers near identical performance. if you look at this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLgXYOQ0vds
you'll see the 1060 hitting in the 160's mark consitently, with drops down to the high 120's. That at 1080p Ultra. Your CPU is better than the one in the vid, so all things being roughly equal you should hit the mark just fine at that res.
