EVGA GTX 1070 SC Overclock for mining

I'm mining VIVO coins with my EVGA GTX 1070 SC, but I never overclocked before and just started mining too. I'm going to make 2 profiles 1 for mining and 1 for gaming but I didn't know how to overclock it for mining. Any help?
Current speed: 860 kH/s

1 site says to set the power target to 70% and memory clock to +650 to increase mining speed but would that help?

I can't really find anything online about optimizing a 1070 for neoscrypt. You may just have to play around with settings yourself to find the best balance between hash rate and power draw. Adjust core clock to see if there are knee points where either power draw starts to increase more rapidly, or hashrate begins to level off. May need to adjust voltage and/or power limit as you're doing this. Can then try to optimize voltage and memory clock.

As I said I never overclocked before and I'm using EVGA Precision XOC and I can't find "Power limit" I only see "Power Target"
 
Oh, I misread, thought you said you had just never OC'd for mining specifically. Well, there are lots of guides out there for how to overclock for gaming, maybe start with those to familiarize yourself and get the gaming OC profile you wanted.

You can also look at other overclocking guides for mining. I'm guessing there should be at least a couple out there (I would guess for mining eth). If they're for different coins/algorithms they may not be 100% transferrable to neoscrypt mining, but some of the principles/approach should still apply.

For either mining or gaming, overclocking is an iterative process where you adjust clocks until you no longer see performance increases, or until you hit a voltage/power/temperature limit.
