The differences are minimal but if your budget is up to $800 (Strix price) I would suggest the SC2 Hybrid, it will run much cooler then both of those, I have it and it's a awesome card.

I thought the SC2 hybrid was at a great price point. I'm not in a rush and holding off for the next gen cards. But if I was buying now that evga card is what I would be looking at.
They all run at same fps, especially when overclocking. Deciding factors then come down to Price-Warranty. I am an Asus fan because of their quality and no nonsense warranty. And the price will drop another $100 when the new gpu's come out.
