EVGA GTX 460 1gb vs Palit GTX 460 1GB

Hi i would like to know what people think the is better GTX 460 between the palit or the EVA external exhaust version ive heard that the EVGAs fan is a bit annoying noise wise but i like the idea of the heat of the card being exhausted out the case but in another note i do like the styling and compact design of the palit card

i want to know what is the best card cooling wise and which is quieter etc (not fussed about warranty differences)

I always like direct exhaust better. If you let the hot air recirculate, it heats up both the cpu and the graphics cooling air supply.

does anyone have a EVGA external exhaust version of a 460 1gb and can tell me the fan is loud?

That one blow the hot air out of the back, but it seems like have a problem with noise...
