EVGA GTX 560ti Fan Spins but No Display

Hi. I'm a beginner in the world of PC's, and I just got an EVGA GTX 560ti, but when I put it in the PCI slot and connect the PSU cables, the fan spins, but I get no display. Is my GPU dead, or can it be fixed? I will put my Specs below.

CPU: Quad Core 3.40 gigahertz Intel Core i7-2600K
MB: Asus P8Z68-V Pro Gen 3
HDD: 1TB
SSD: 240GB
PSU: EVGA 750W G2
OS: Windows 10 Pro
RAM: 16GB 4X4GB

Have you cleared the CMOS? You're definitely connected to the GPU and not the onboard outputs?

Yes, I am connected to the GPU, not the mobo. I tried clearing the CMOS, but it still did not work for the GTX 560ti. Not even a splash screen, while the other GPU I have worked.
