EVGA GTX 570 Issues

I am having a problem with my graphics card AFTER I install the drivers for it
Before I install the graphics driver it works fine; Perfect picture, clear screen, just no driver
After I install the driver and the computer reboots I get a bunch of multicolored lines all throughout the screen
The bios screen shows correctly and the windows loading screen shows correctly
But once it goes to the welcome screen it has all the lines

Windows 7 64bit
Tried on 2 separate computers

can you send picture when there is no nvidia driver being installed on the system (on desktop)? could be driver issue. worse it could be faulty card.
