Evga gtx 650ti 1gb ddr5 and q8300 @ 2.5ghz. How will it perform?

I play simcity 5 cities of tomorrow, my current graphics card is a peice of junk ( radeon HD6450 1gb ddr3) I can go on medium settings and reach approx 30-50 fps. In your opinion, how will this config work with the game or any game at that. Thanks!

That is a decent graphics card, not the best but it should work. I think you are going to be bottlenecked by your CPU though.
