EVGA GTX 660 high idle and game temps

I am running dual monitor, one 1600x900 and another 1024x768. My idle temps are around 52 C and when running heaven benchmark they can go up to 95 C. Is this normal??? What can my solution be?

What video card version do you have? One with a reference cooler or a third party cooler solution? What are your idle CPU temps or your case ambient / room ambient temps if you know?
