Emaxx: EMX-IP35PRO (775)
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
600 watts PSU
8gb ram ddr2

Do you think its compatible with 680? if not, which is the best GPU for my computer. Thank you

Are you referring to the motherboard BIOS or the GPU's vBIOS?

I put a GTX680 in an LGA775 previously and it worked fine so not sure where you think the conflict is.
