Which GPU is better for games like the Battlefield 4 and other upcoming games like GTA 5,Watch Dogs,Call Of Duty Ghost,Splinter Cell Blacklist,Assasin's Creed 4 Black Flag many other games.

1 more question. Can you overclock the GTX 690 to become more powerfull or the same like the 7990

I think your a little confused. The 690 is more powerful than the 7990. On top of that AMD 7990 has issues with Frame pacing, which although have been addressed, their dual GPU solution does not work properly. I would choose the 690, as the drivers/scaling are better with Nvidia right now.

I would rather CF or SLI two individual cards, same performance less money spent.

The 7990 general out performs the 690 and with the frame pacing issue fixed it's a pretty sweet card. I know metro last light has issues with the card but that seems to be the only game right now that won't cooperate. Personally I would go with 2 7970s because it's cheaper and faster, but if you don't want to deal with that much heat/noise stick with the 7990.

What are your other system specs by the way? You may not need a card as big as the 690 or 7990 to accomplish what you want.
