EVGA GTX 750 Ti SC - Are heatsink blades bent? (picture attached)

I want to purchase a GPU for a friend's computer. I found one for sale on Ebay,but the blades (fins?) on the heatsink look bent to my eyes, and I wanted additional opinions. Clearly the card is dusty, but on the ride side of the heatsink, the blades look bent to me.

No, that is simply the extruded shape. Also a bit of a illusion with the curved fan blades.

Needs a good dusting though.

No, it's a radial heatsink. Clean the dust though.

The heatsink has curved fins to allow an increase in surface area for greater heat dissipation.

Hi everyone. I realize that the blades have a curvature that is per design. But what I'm referring to is the possible crick in some of the blades. I've circled the area that I'm referring to.

The curved fins on the heatsink actually split into a Y about half-way away from the center of the heatsink.

Yeah that's the Y where it splits. I can see it in the one above it.
