EVGA GTX 770 4GB problem most likely

I just finished my build over the weekend and both yesterday and the day before during some somewhat stressful gaming my computer blue screens but it doesn't have the actual blue screen pop up. I thought it was a CPU problem so I turned off the overclocking. But I think it's one of my two EVGA GTX 760s which are 4GB cards. Both cards and my CPU are in a liquid cooling loop of XSPC products. But last night after I had blue screened the first card was idle at 75°
