Evga GTX 770 ACX cooler VS Sapphire R9 280X Toxic

So I'm having a hard time deciding which card to get. I am currently debating between these 2 cards.

The price isn't really a factor but it needs to be under 400 since that is my budget for a video card.
I want the card with the better performance.

depends on the games. see what games you want to play the most then decide. i would go for the toxic.

Well, I play about every game out there. I want a card that will work across all the games at about peak performance. I was planning on playing Assassin's Creed IV and BF 4 and The new elder scrolls online game that will be coming out sometime in the future. I guess i will go for the Toxic and see how that goes. I previously had the Asus Matrix R9-280x had to return that due to artifacting. I decided to try another brand rather than get a replacement. I will see how the Toxic card performs and hope it doesn't have any issues.
