I just finished playing Dota 2 when suddenly my PC restarted. It booted just fine but after the windows logo splash, it showed this(http://imgur.com/J6DC8Tg).

When I launched Dota 2 again, it showed me this(http://imgur.com/Z0KJR36) despite my graphics card being connected.

So I re-seated my graphics card and RAM. Turned it on, and again the lines/artifacts are still there when i restarted. I decided to install the latest graphics card but I got this(http://imgur.com/niUMYUF) error message.

My last resort is to reformat my pc but i highly doubt it will solve my problem.

FAQs (maybe?)

* Im still connected to the graphics card.

* I re-seated the graphics card twice. Nothing changed.

* Its still recognized by GPU-Z

* I removed the driver using DDU and tried to install the driver but still nothing changed.

Help me please. Thank you.

TL;DR: GTX 770 broken, pc says "it cannot be detected".

I had this same artifacting pattern with incompatible memory, I didn't even know that was possible at the time. Do you have any spare RAM? Or can you do a RAM test?
Edit: Sorry, I didn't see the second and third links, sounds like a driver issue, have you tried a different version? What PSU do you have? Other than that I'd say the card was toast I'm afraid, is it still under warranty?

Yes I tried 2 versions, one was with the CD that came with the card and the other one is the latest version i downloaded in EVGA website. My PSU is Seasonic M12II 750W Bronze.

This is really sad 🙁

Edit: It is not covered by warranty anymore. Thanks man!

Maybe try one from the Nvidia website, some people can only get those to work, for whatever reason. Other than that I'm not really sure.
