This one looks like a great deal but how big is the performance diference between the two?
will the second one overclock? are the 20 extra bucks worth it for the first one? Will the gtx 950 ref(second one one) perform better than the gtx 750 ti sc?

Get the first option. its has a better core clock and boost clock. The first option is meant for gaming
